DOMO Ventures LLC d/b/a Global Heritage Concierge (“GHC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to our website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information gathered through www.globalheritageconcierge.com (the “Site”).

GHC assists individuals and families in navigating citizenship by descent applications and related heritage-based immigration and nationality matters. Because our work often involves sensitive family, ancestry, and identity information, we take our privacy responsibilities seriously and strive to handle information with care, discretion, and transparency.

2. Scope of This Policy — Website Only

This Privacy Policy applies only to information that we collect through the Site(www.globalheritageconciege.com). It does not cover:

  • Information collected offline, in person, or through direct client engagements after you become a client of GHC;
  • Information you provide to us through email, telephone, video conferencing, postal mail, or other channels outside the Site;
  • Information handled under a separate client engagement agreement, retainer, or professional services contract;
  • Information collected by third-party websites, applications, government agencies, consulates, or service providers to which the Site may link or refer you; or
  • Information processed by GHC in the course of providing citizenship-by-descent advisory or consulting services (which is governed by our separate client-facing privacy notice and engagement terms).

We collect information through the Site in three principal ways: (a) information you provide directly; (b) information collected automatically; and (c) information from third parties.

3.1 Information You Provide Directly

9. Your Data Subject Rights

We retain personal information collected through the Site only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to your inquiries, deliver requested communications, comply with legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete, destroy, or de-identify it.
